We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to conduct door-to-door visits to hotels within an assigned territory. The goal is to promote our products/services, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets through in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
regular door-to-door visits
to hotels, guest houses, and hospitality businesses.
Pitch products/services
, demonstrate features, and explain pricing or promotions.
Identify
potential leads
, convert them into customers, and maintain client relationships.
Collect and report
market feedback, competitor activity
, and client requirements.
Ensure proper
branding/visibility
of products (if FMCG or similar industry).
Negotiate terms
and close sales effectively.
Maintain a daily report of visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the back-office or supply/logistics team for timely delivery.
Attend team meetings and trainings as required.
Key Requirements:
1-2 years of field sales experience
, preferably in hospitality or B2B segments.
Strong
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Self-motivated with a
target-driven
approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of local area
and hospitality industry is a plus.
Proficiency in basic mobile apps or CRM tools (if required).
