Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Mumbai . The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing sales strategies, developing market potential, and achieving sales targets within the assigned area. Daily tasks include identifying potential markets, overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, building relationships with clients, and providing timely reports to leadership. The role will also entail recruiting, training, and mentoring sales staff to achieve optimal performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Management, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management
Strong skills in developing and implementing sales strategies
Ability to recruit, train, and mentor sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
