Job Description

- Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is
- responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned geographical territory.
- Required to possess strong strategic thinking, market intelligence
- able to build long-term relationships with

hospitality/HORECA clients, architects, and project



developers.
- ensures that all

sales activities support correct brand positioning, company revenue targets



operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Execute periodic territory sales plans as developed by National Sales Head aligned with company objectives and market potential.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Expected to identify high-opportunity markets, customer segments, and product gaps.

Maintain strong sales pipeline and proactive tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Exected to take initiatives to increase market share and improve product penetration within

target accounts.

2. Key Account Management

Manage existing dealer and distributor networks to ensure consistent sales performance, adequate stock, and brand representation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
