Role and Responsibilities : Manage and oversee sales operations of multiple hotels in a specific geographic region, taking ownership and P&L responsibility. Drive revenue growth for both hotels and key accounts. Build relationships with key stakeholders including travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners through networking, industry events, and regular communication. Develop and maintain prospect and customer lists using strategic marketing data and other sources. Engage in local branches of nationwide organizations, attend trade conferences, and nurture industry relationships to secure opportunities. Conduct extensive travel across the region to meet clients and boost revenue. Ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Customer Service to address concerns. Acquire new clients and foster corporate relationships, maintaining active liaison within the industry. Engage and retain clients through prompt issue resolution, regular visits, and value delivery. Lead in legal negotiations, contract management, and payment agreements with clients. Undertake competitor analysis and develop strategies to stay top-of-mind with customers, increasing Share of Wallet (SOW). Create and execute sales plans aligned with organizational objectives, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring target attainment. Design customized business proposals, engage prospects, and showcase product offerings. Utilize sales data to build seasonal and demand-driven sales plans, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes. Monitor adherence to credit policies and ensure timely collections. The Area Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the designated region\'s hotels, contributing to their overall success and profitability. Required Skillset Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal. Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment. Self- starter, street smart. Solution oriented with effective problem solving skills
