Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales for IT hardware products including
OEM laptop batteries
, chargers, peripherals, and complementary products.
Identify and target potential customers such as
distributors, resellers, system integrators, and corporate clients
.
Execute effective sales strategies to grow the customer base and expand Ashbee's market presence across the Delhi/NCR region.
Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, product presentation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support coordination.
Build long-term client relationships and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, technical support, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and service.
Track competitor offerings and market trends to inform business strategy.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain detailed records in the CRM and provide regular updates to management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
3-5 years of B2B sales experience in
IT hardware
, preferably with experience in OEM or laptop component sales.
Strong understanding of laptop batteries, power accessories, and related hardware.
Existing network of IT distributors, dealers, and resellers in South.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel locally as required.
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
