Key Skills & Competencies:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proven experience in selling IT services and products, including:- Annual Maintenance Contracts (Servers, Storages, Network, Workstations, Desktops, etc.)- IT Facility Management Services- Security Solutions (including product licenses)- IT product sales (Servers, Storages, Network, Workstations, Desktops, etc.)- Ability to achieve assigned sales targets- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow-up- Capability to schedule meetings with senior management and present tailored proposals- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills- Regular customer interaction for feedback and relationship management- Coordination with the delivery team for customer feedback and service improvement- Ensuring timely invoicing and payment collections- Must have hands-on experience selling IT products/services and worked in the Mumbai region for at least 2 yearsTools & Technologies:- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools (ref:updazz.com)
