We are seeking motivated and experienced sales enthusiastic to join our dynamic team of Iron & Steel division. The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for leading the sales efforts within a designated geographic area, developing new business opportunities, generating & handling leads and nurturing existing customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, Products and strong interpersonal skills to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales & retention targets within the assigned geographic area.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including potential clients, projects, and partnerships.

- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to create and execute sales &marketing plans, forecasting, and budgeting for the designated area.

- Monitor market trends, opportunities, competition, and industry developments and provide the information to management to make informed strategic decisions.

- Negotiate and close sales agreements, contracts, and pricing agreements with clients.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

- Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and records to track progress and performance.

- Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications :

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering / Business Management / Marketing / Science

- Having knowledge of Iron & steel or similar product sales will be appreciated.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area.

- A customer-focused mind-set and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

- Must own a two-wheeler.

- Proven ability to thrive under pressure and take on challenges.

- Hunger for continuous learning and personal growth.

- A commitment to the growth of the company and the nation.
