Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly / annual sales revenue and volume targets for Nagpur region.
Monitor primary (to stockists / distributors) and secondary (to retailers / end-customers) sales, ensuring both meet forecasts.
Territory Management
Maintain and expand distributor & dealer network in Nagpur and nearby areas.
Identify new potential areas/customers to grow market share.
Ensure adequate product availability with distributors and dealers.
Team Management & Field Force Oversight
Manage and lead a team of Sales Officers / Field Sales Executives.
Conduct field visits with team, supervise performance, provide coaching / training as needed.
Set individual targets and monitor their achievement.
Market & Competitive Analysis
Study market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing.
Provide regular feedback to Management on demand / pricing / product improvements required.
Promotions, Trade Activities & Pull/Push Programs
Plan and execute promotional activities, schemes, discounts, trade fairs or shop level activation.
Work with marketing team to implement brand visibility & merchandising at retailer / dealer level.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget vs actual comparisons.
Maintain accurate records of sales calls, distributor performance, inventory status.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with key dealers, distributors, and large retailers / institutional customers.
Handle escalations / complaints, ensure customer satisfaction.
Budget & Cost Control
Manage sales expenses in the region (travel, promotion, manpower etc.).
Ensure cost-efficient operations while maximizing returns.
