Eligibility

:

Minimum 3+ years of BFSI experience

At least 6 months in Life Insurance (mandatory)

Graduate in any stream Strong field recruitment & team handling skills Local market knowledge of Sagar or nearby areas preferred

Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage a team of advisors or junior leaders Lead field activation and drive consistent business Conduct training, mentoring, and performance reviews Build a strong presence in Sagar & nearby markets

Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Incentives + Career Growth
