- Budget for this position is upto 25 LPA- Should have experience of selling insulation panels/puff panels/sandwich panels.- Projects should include : PEB, Warehouses, Logistics, Pharma, cold storage rooms, industrial Buildings and Government projects.- In Metro cities and city Outskirts.Responsible for achieving the yearly budgeted sales and profit monthly.- Identify and prospect potential customers and develop leads through various channels, including contacts and references. - Meet with customers in person to demonstrate products or services, answer their questions, and explain the benefits of the products or services.- Covering length and breadth of assigned territory through extensive travel.- Penetrate in new markets and identify new sectors/applications.- Maintain commercial hygiene throughout the sales.- Responsible for Negotiation, Pricing, agreements, and contracts for the business & ensuring expected margin levels.- Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.- Oversee & monitor the resolution of issues with customers and/or teams if there are any escalations.- Drive VAP business growth.- Improve profitability, while driving revenue growth.- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. - Adhere to Discipline and company's Values.
