Area Sales Manager - Institutional Sales

Responsibilities -



1) Institutional Business Development:

Identify and target bulk-buying clients including hotels, restaurants, caterers (HORECA), MNCs, and government bodies Pitch customized dry fruit gifting and bulk consumption solutions to high-potential institutional customers.
2) Key Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase heads and decision-makers in institutions and corporates. Conduct regular reviews and service meetings to ensure consistent satisfaction and repeat business.
3) Tender & Government Sales Handling:

Identify and participate in relevant government procurement tenders. Coordinate documentation, pricing, and follow-up for institutional government orders
4) Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop region-wise institutional sales plans based on target segments. Track performance against targets and implement corrective measures when needed.
5) Team Coordination & Support:

Lead and mentor field executives in institutional sales efforts. Coordinate with backend teams for pricing, dispatches, and customized
6) Reporting & Forecasting :

Maintain sales reports, lead pipelines, and revenue forecasts. Analyze buying patterns and recommend product improvements or new launches for the institutional segment.

Job knowledge, skills, and experience -



1) Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). (or equivalent work experience)
2) Who Can Apply :

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food or agricultural products industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales. Willingness to travel as needed.

4) Working Experience :

Must have 4 to 5 years of sales experience in a FMCG company.
5) Tools to Use :

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
