About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Area Sales Manager
to drive sales and business growth in the industrial machinery and automation segment. The role involves handling OEMs, projects, and key accounts while promoting machines, SPMs, and automation solutions across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales in the assigned region
Identify and develop new customers, OEMs, and project opportunities
Handle techno-commercial discussions, quotations, and negotiations
Build strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
Coordinate with application, design, and service teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure collections
Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
Support distributors and channel partners
Prepare MIS, forecasts, and sales reports
Represent the company in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
