You will be responsible for achieving business objectives in your designated sales territory while adhering to sales processes.
You will be responsible for achieving Monthly Volume / POS Targets, including 16" & above in GY and 14" & above in Kelly.
You will be responsible for appointing new dealers, onboarding new BROs, and increasing the market share.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on sales activities in your assigned sales area.
You will be responsible for monitoring sales performance against agreed targets and recommending/implementing remedial actions where necessary.
You will be responsible for adhering to the Beat Plan & PJP.
You will be responsible for providing feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market movements.
You will be responsible for delivering on AOP (Volume, product mix, Channel activation & expansion).
Relationship Management
You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key dealers (BRO/MBR).
You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating with dealers, ensuring smooth order placement and timely collections, and stepping in during their absence when required.
You will be responsible for cooperating with other departments to implement approved service solutions effectively.
Reporting & Analysis
You will be responsible for preparing and submitting timely and accurate reports.
You will be responsible for delivering periodical progress reports and proactively submitting recommendations for improving the approach to the marketplace.
