Manage all store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and profitability goals.
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
Ensure store layout and visual merchandising are in line with company standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics for product availability.
Support promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
Good knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexible to work weekends and holidays as per business needs.
