We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Sales Executive / Manager to drive market penetration and sales for Camel Beer across Haryana.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the regional alcobev ecosystem and is hungry to build a brand from the ground up.
? Key Responsibilities
- Drive on-ground sales for Camel Beer across Haryana.
- Identify & onboard retail outlets (L-12C, L-2BF, etc.), liquor vends & horeca (bars, cafes, restaurants).
- Ensure proper distribution, placement, and visibility across assigned territories.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, store managers & key accounts.
- Track competitor activity, pricing & offers to stay market-sharp.
- Conduct regular market visits & sampling activity to grow demand.
- Monitor stock movement, ensure timely replenishment, and prevent stockouts.
- Support activations, promotions, and in-market campaigns.
- Work closely with distributor teams for billing, collection, and order execution.
Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in beer/alcohol/beverage/FMCG sales -- beer experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Haryana liquor market structure.
- Existing network in retail & horeca is a strong advantage.
- Ability to hustle, negotiate, and build partnerships.
- Ability to travel extensively within Haryana.
- Knowledge of excise framework & processes is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,747.91 - ₹50,057.76 per month
