Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a

sales plan

to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the assigned area. Build and manage relationships with

dealers, distributors, system integrators, and corporate clients

. Generate new leads and expand business in

B2B and institutional segments

(schools, restaurants, showrooms, offices, event spaces, etc.). Work closely with the

marketing and technical teams

to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation. Conduct

product demos and presentations

to potential clients. Track competitor activities, pricing, and product trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Handle

payment collections, credit management, and profitability

in assigned accounts. Recruit, train, and motivate on-ground sales executives or channel partners as needed. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly

sales performance reports

and forecasts. Represent the brand at

trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer events

.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong

sales and negotiation skills

with a proven record of closing deals. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Deep understanding of

AV products, sound systems, projectors, displays, and smart tech solutions

. Experience in

dealer management, institutional sales, or regional business expansion

. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple clients. Good command of

MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting systems

. Willingness to

travel frequently

within the assigned region.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
