Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Manufacturing Industry)
Location: 389P-390, 1st Floor, Sector 29, Gurugram, Haryana - 122022
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years
Budget: ?3.0 LPA - ?3.5 LPA
Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across North India based on meetings and client requirements

Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager with strong industrial and manufacturing sector knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations across North India, developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets as per company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned region. Identify and build relationships with new industrial clients and channel partners. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct field visits, attend meetings, and manage client interactions across North India as per business requirements. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions. Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring profitability and timely payment collection. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management. Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing sales. Strong understanding of industrial products, processes, and client requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
