Responsibilities
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify opportunities in universities, R&D labs, pharma, F&B, and govt. organizations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and client discussions.
Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve issues with service teams.
Monitor competitors and share market insights.
Requirements
B.Sc/M.Sc (Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotech, Microbiology) or B.Tech; MBA preferred.
2+ yrs' experience in sales of laboratory/scientific equipment.
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in the territory.
