Manage daily operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned area.
Achieve area-level sales targets, profitability goals, and KPIs
Monitor and improve store performance through regular audits and performance reviews.
Hire, train, and mentor store managers and sales staff to ensure customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
Execute retail marketing strategies and seasonal campaigns at the store level.
Ensure visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock availability across stores.
Maintain strong customer focus, resolve escalated complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Track competitor activity, market trends, and consumer preferences to inform strategies.
Monitor and report sales figures, forecasts, and business updates to higher management.
Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
