FMCG company is seeking a results-oriented and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to strengthen our market presence across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and expand regional distribution networks
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for frozen and FMCG categories
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Ensure seamless coordination between field teams and operations
Employee HQ will be at Hisar Corporate Office; they will manage calls to distributors and super stockiest, and visit markets and parties as needed
Supervise and take daily reports from the team stationed at the corporate office, who are responsible for calling distributors for follow-ups and coordination
Candidate Requirements
Graduate degree (minimum); MBA preferred
3-5 years of proven experience in FMCG and/or frozen food sales
In-depth knowledge of the North India market (Punjab, HR, HP, UP, Rajasthan)
Strong communication, team leadership, and territory management skills

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
