About the Company:

We area digital app-based platform that provides clinically proven, comprehensive diabetes care programs to prevent, control & reverse diabetes under the guidance of medical experts. In short we are on a mission to beat - the chakravyuh of diabetes. This chakravyuh of diabetes unfortunately has encompassed our nation today with over 100 million people in India having diabetes.

Our product is scientifically designed care programs help patients remote monitor and virtually manage their condition by expert guidance from diabetologists, nutritionists and health coaches. The team is passionate about addressing the cause not just from a treatment standpoint but also by providing preventive measures via timely interventions.

We have published several studies such as in in the American Diabetes Association showing that on average a patient\'s HbA1c (sugar levels) falls by 2.16% in 3 months of enrolment within our program which translates to roughly a 50% lesser chance of developing complications. Another such study, also demonstrated real time intervention through remote monitoring and health coaches, reduced the incidence of very low sugar levels (a fatal condition called hypoglycaemia) by 81%.

We have been awarded the National Startup Award by the government of India for its services to the nation in the healthcare sector and was recognised by the BBC for taking diabetes care to the remotest corner of India. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and driving the distribution system.

- Managing the distributor system in terms of both front-end and back-end infrastructure. Systematically analyse, extract and use MIS reports to identify possible gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance in your respective geography.

- Negotiate with distributors and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business.

- Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade to strengthen our market position. Further, use the same the generate and provide market feedback and reports to the branch office.

- Analyse how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service.

- Monitor systematically the performance of the distributor and distributor\'s sales team and take corrective action (infrastructure gaps).

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 7 years of Experience in Channel Sales.

- Conducting promotional activities & execution

- Knowledge of MS-Office particularly Excel

- Decent Communication in English and Local language is desired

- Candidate must have the experience in Pharma sector
