Achieve area sales targets and ensure consistent growth.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).
Develop and execute business plans for the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Conduct regular joint field visits with MRs to ensure effective coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
Coordinate with distributors for smooth product availability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports.
