About us:


We are looking for a proactive

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

to manage and grow sales across assigned retail stores. The role requires

store visits

, effective follow-ups, and strong communication with store staff to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle and manage multiple retail stores in the assigned area Conduct

store visits

for sales monitoring and follow-ups Communicate effectively with store staff and retailers Ensure sales target achievement and proper market execution Monitor stock availability, product display, and visibility at store level Identify store-level issues and ensure timely resolution Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers Collect market and competitor feedback during store visits Prepare daily sales reports Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams

Requirements:



Experience in

Field Sales / Retail Sales

preferred

Ready to travel

within the assigned area Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple stores efficiently Two-wheeler preferred (if applicable)

Female candidates preferred

3-5 years (flexible as per candidate profile)
