We are hiring an Area Sales Manager to manage distributors, lead the sales team, and drive sales growth in the assigned territory for our FMCG company.
Key Responsibilities:
Appoint, manage, and coordinate with
SS,
distributors and retailers.
Conduct
daily market visits
and ensure proper product availability.
Lead, guide, and review Sales Officers
Ensure product availability, schemes execution, and visibility
Monitor market trends
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
5+ years of FMCG sales experience
Experience in distributor and team management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willing to travel
Education:
Graduate / MBA
