4-6 years of diagnostic / healthcare sales (mandatory experience in Surat).
Pharma sales experience (2-3 years) preferred.
Role Purpose:
To drive diagnostic sales and business expansion in Surat through team leadership, client relationship management, and market growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.
Manage and guide SEs/TMs for lead generation and conversions.
Conduct B2B & B2C visits to KOLs, hospitals, labs, and clinics.
Develop and retain key customer relationships.
Promote brand visibility and expand market share in Surat.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure outstanding collections.
Conduct on-the-job training and performance reviews for team members.
Validate MSL quarterly and maintain accurate sales reports.
Expected Outcomes:
Consistent achievement of revenue targets.
Strong market presence and brand leadership in Surat.
