Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales & Business Development



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food and beverage sector. Plan and execute area-specific sales strategies to meet objectives.

2. Channel Management



Manage and develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and availability across channels. Monitor distributor performance and ensure efficient secondary sales operations.

3. Market Analysis & Planning



Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Provide inputs for pricing, promotional plans, and new product launches. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

4. Team Management



Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Officers / Territory Sales Executives. Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and guidance. Ensure adherence to company policies, systems, and reporting norms.

5. Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and trade partners. Address customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly. Promote brand loyalty and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the

FMCG / food & beverages industry

. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
