Role Objective
Drive customer satisfaction and business growth by developing sales strategies, building brand awareness, and ensuring achievement of KPIs/ROIs in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships; address client queries effectively.
Mentor and guide the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) & Scrub team to achieve surgery-based sales targets.
Collaborate with senior area managers for alignment with company goals.
Ensure sales closing linked to implant usage and assist in surgeries when required.
Continuously review and update sales policies and practices.
Promote BIOTEK products and enhance brand visibility in the assigned region.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
5-6 years in orthopedics/sports medicine device sales (2-3 years scrubbing experience preferred).
Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Nursing (or equivalent).
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
