Lead and manage the Field Sales Team across the West Region (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, MP, etc.).
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region through effective team management.
Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors to expand the market footprint.
Nurture and grow business with existing distributors by ensuring consistent engagement, timely support, and structured growth planning.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high productivity.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
Conduct regular market visits to support team members, assess market potential, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, supply chain, finance) for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
Location: Candidate must be based in Surat, Gujarat.
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a team handling role.
