Requirements:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven sales leadership in perfumes, fragrances, or beauty/FMCG industry.
Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel within the region.
Solid understanding of the fragrance market and distribution dynamics.
