Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales targets.

Visit existing distributors regularly to strengthen relationships, resolve issues, and support their sales efforts.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors to expand market coverage.

Manage and support a team of sales representatives across the region.

Conduct training and product demonstrations for both distributors and healthcare professionals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and other healthcare institutions.

Monitor and analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account receivables within limits.

Submit accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to the senior management team.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and local marketing activities.

Key Requirements:



Graduate / Post Graduate

Minimum 3 years of experience in medical equipment or healthcare product sales and other product base sales.

Proven ability to manage distributor channels and dealer networks.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of the medical devices industry, including compliance and regulatory standards.

Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
