:1. Sales and Account Management:- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Tea's products and increase sales within the General Trade sector.- Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and conducting market research.- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and resolution of any customer issues.2. Sales and Account Management:- Conduct product presentations and tastings to educate GT customers about the benefits and features of Tea's.3. Market Analysis and Reporting:- Gather market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry trends, to develop sales strategies and improve product offerings.- Analyze sales data and track performance against targets, providing regular reports to management on sales trends, achievements, and challenges.- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and revenue growth within the GT channel.4.
