Key Responsibilities :
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including production/supply chain/retail, to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Strategic Leadership: Assist the General Manager in developing and executing business strategies to achieve sales, production, and profitability targets.
Team & Resource Management: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, production, logistics, design). Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products meet high quality standards and that operations comply with all relevant industry regulations.
Requirements:
[8-15]+ years of progressive experience in the Furniture industry (Manufacturing, Retail, or Projects).
Proven experience in a senior managerial role (e.g., AGM, DGM, Sr. Manager).
Strong knowledge of furniture production processes, materials, or retail market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, P&L management, and strategic planning skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
