Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Industry: FMCG - Beverages
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve targets in the assigned territory for beverages category.
Manage distributor network, channel partners, and retail outlets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual objectives.
Plan and execute trade marketing and promotional activities to enhance product
visibility.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors,
retailers, and institutional buyers.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide strategic inputs.
Ensure efficient secondary sales, stock management, and market penetration.
Conduct periodic performance reviews with the team and align with business goals.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in beverages.
Proven track record of handling distributor/channel management and achieving sales
growth.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to drive execution and deliver results in a competitive market.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
