Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area-wise sales targets.
Manage, appoint and motivate distributors, dealers and sales teams.
Expand market presence and improve brand visibility in assigned region.
Ensure effective product placement and availability across channels.
Handle key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance reviews.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum
5 years of experience in sales within the rice industry
(mandatory)
Strong knowledge of regional markets and distribution networks
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
