Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary & secondary sales across dairy SKUs (Ghee, Kulfi, etc.)
Appoint/manage distributors ensuring ROI, coverage & service levels
Execute beat plans; ensure product availability & visibility at retail outlets
Expand markets by opening new towns, routes & counters
Lead and manage (SO, TSI, Promoters); ensure productivity & discipline
Track market performance through DSRs and field visits
Monitor schemes, discounts, and distributor claims
Share regular MIS reports with HO/regional teams
Review targets/KPIs and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with supply chain for timely deliveries
Collaborate with marketing, finance & trade teams for branding, billing, and claims
