About the Role
Absolute Nuts Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its footprint across Delhi NCR and is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with strong General Trade and distributor management expertise to lead sales operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow distributor & wholesale networks across Delhi NCR
Drive secondary sales, beat planning, and outlet expansion
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Strengthen relationships with key retailers and trade partners
Execute territory growth strategies and improve market coverage
Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends
Ensure brand visibility and in-store execution
Report sales performance and market insights to management
Candidate Profile
? 10-15 years of FMCG field sales experience
? Strong exposure to General Trade (GT) sales
? Experience in food products / dry fruits / snacks preferred
? In-depth knowledge of Delhi NCR retail & wholesale markets
? Proven ability to build and manage distributor networks
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
? Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR
