Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented

Area Sales Managers

to develop and manage sales operations in assigned territories. The role involves building strong relationships with architects, retailers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders to drive awareness, specifications, and sales of finishing products for the flooring and tiling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory Visit and build relationships with

architects, retailers, distributors, contractors, and industry influencers

Generate product awareness and drive product specifications Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct product presentations and site visits as required Monitor competitor activities and market trends Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support Maintain accurate sales reports and customer data
Candidate Profile:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in the

flooring, tiling, construction materials, or allied industry

Proven track record in field sales and channel management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the territory Target-driven with strong negotiation skills
Language Requirements:

English

(mandatory)

Local language proficiency

(Telugu for Hyderabad role / Tamil for Chennai role)
Education:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
