Job Title: Sales manager - Field sales / General Trade/ FMCG Sales
Location: Kolkata (Only local candidates can apply)
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive field sales, expand distribution, and lead a team of Market Growth Representatives (MGRs) in Kolkata. This role demands strong leadership, market knowledge, and a proven track record in FMCG/General Trade sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet daily/weekly sales targets (Primary & Secondary)
Lead & support a team of MGRs
Open new outlets & maintain good retailer relationships
Ensure in-store visibility and merchandising
Track company assets (coolers, POS materials)
Handle discounts, credit, and claims at the outlet level
Requirements

• Qualifications: Graduation / MBA

• Experience: 5+years and above Experience need in Field Sales/ General trade/FMCG Sales

• Continuous travel within the designated area 90% Travel in a month

• Male candidates preferred

• Age should be 42years or below.

• Should have handled 5 or above team members
