About the Role



We are hiring a

Sales Manager

to drive revenue growth and client acquisition in the fast-growing

EdTech sector

. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B/B2C sales, proven target achievement, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Drive sales growth through new client acquisition and account management. Manage the complete sales cycle - lead generation to closure. Build partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and training institutes. Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver client solutions.

Requirements



5-8 years of sales experience (EdTech / Education / Training industry preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Bachelor's degree.
