Drive direct sales strategy and business development with a focus on new account acquisition, channel partner (CP) network expansion, and client relationship management. Act as a brand ambassador for Lodha while guiding a small team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Channel Partner Management
Generate and qualify leads via B2B and B2C outreach.
Expand, manage, and nurture Channel Partner networks.
Conduct CP engagement sessions, performance reviews, and training programs.
Client Relationship Management
Manage the complete customer lifecycle: inquiry ? site visit ? deal closure ? post-sales support.
Deliver compelling product presentations and ensure query resolution.
Provide seamless, customer-first experiences throughout the sales journey.
Market & Industry Awareness
Track competitor pricing, construction activity, and market trends.
Build and leverage industry networks to identify new business opportunities.
Team Collaboration
Support senior sales managers in negotiations and closures.
Work closely with Customer Care and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
Process & Compliance
Maintain accurate sales data and timely SFDC (Salesforce) updates.
Ensure strict adherence to Lodha's policies, processes, and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales and business development mindset.
Experience in managing channel partners and high-value clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
Market awareness and a customer-first approach.
