Lead and develop a team of front-line sales employees (Agency Sales).
Recruit, train, and manage financial advisors/agents.
Oversee the complete life cycle of agents, including onboarding, training, performance management, and growth.
Train partners on the company's app to enhance customer servicing efficiency.
Drive revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and implement development initiatives.
Guide and motivate sales teams by providing ongoing support and direction.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and processes.
Maintain high customer service standards for dealers and clients.
Develop and expand the agency distribution network.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adequate resourcing across state territories.
Desired Profile
Education
: Minimum HSC; Graduation preferred.
Experience
: 5+ years in Sales and Business Development, preferably in the General Insurance industry.
Knowledge
: Strong business acumen with understanding of insurance and financial products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.).
Exposure
: Prior experience in insurance and financial services distribution is an advantage.
Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong stakeholder management.
IT
: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
