Minimum 4-5 years in Food/FMCG Sales with team handling experience
Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
who can independently manage a sales team, drive business growth, and build strong relationships across retail shops in
West Delhi
. The candidate must have a strong background in the food/FMCG industry and deep market knowledge of the area.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle distribution network, retail shops, modern trade, and general trade in West Delhi.
Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key market partners.
Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies to increase product visibility and availability.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure proper execution of schemes, promotions, and merchandising at store level.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure smooth field operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive in
Food/FMCG sector
.
Strong knowledge of
West Delhi market and retail shop network
.
Ability to manage a field sales team independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Result-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Salary:
As per industry standards
