Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
Drive primary and secondary sales through effective dealer and distributor management.
Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand the brands market reach.
2. Market Penetration & Channel Management
Monitor channel performance and ensure product availability across all retail and distribution points
Negotiate trade terms, margins, and schemes to ensure profitable growth.
Track competitor activities and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors.
Conduct regular market visits to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
Resolve dealer/distributor issues promptly and professionally.
4. Inventory & Collections
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.
Ensure effective inventory management and control of returns or unsold goods.
Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
