Visit assigned civil construction sites regularly.
Meet and build relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, and Site Engineers at each location.
Collect and record important details such as:
Name, contact number, and designation of Interior Designers/Architects.
Site owner's name and contact number.
Exact site address (area, house number, project details).
Take clear site photographs where company products can be pitched/placed.
Share all collected information (contacts, site details, and photos) daily on the assigned WhatsApp group.
Generate leads from site visits and pitch company products effectively to potential clients.
Maintain a proper log of areas visited, contacts collected, and opportunities identified.
Work closely with the sales team to convert site opportunities into actual business.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, interiors, or construction industry.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Strong reporting skills with timely updates through WhatsApp/CRM tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
