Achieve monthly and quarterly credit card sales targets for the assigned area
Drive sales across multiple banks including HDFC, Axis, SBI, ICICI and others
Monitor card-wise and bank-wise performance
Ensure consistent growth in approvals and payouts
2. Team Management and Productivity
Recruit, train and manage field sales executives and team leaders
Assign daily and monthly targets to the team
Conduct daily huddles, reviews and performance meetings
Improve team productivity and reduce attrition
3. Lead Generation and Market Development
Develop open market, corporate and referral-based lead channels
Identify high potential locations for credit card sales
Expand DSA presence and coverage in the assigned territory
Build local relationships with corporates, merchants and associations
4. Sales Quality and Approval Ratio
Maintain healthy approval to rejection ratio
Ensure quality sourcing as per bank and DSA norms
Reduce fake, incomplete or non-compliant applications
Guide team on correct eligibility and product pitching
5. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with bank officials and channel managers
Act as a point of contact between banks, operations and field teams
Resolve escalations related to delays, rejections and payouts
Ensure long-term relationship continuity with stakeholders
6. Training and Capability Building
Train team on product features, eligibility, documentation and compliance
Conduct refresher training on new card launches and bank policies
Mentor team leaders and high potential performers
7. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure adherence to bank, RBI and DSA compliance guidelines
Monitor documentation quality and fraud control
Implement corrective actions for non-compliance cases
Protect company and bank brand reputation
8. Reporting and MIS Management
Track daily sales, approvals, rejections and payouts
Submit accurate MIS and area performance reports
Analyze trends and suggest improvement strategies
Maintain transparency and data accuracy
9. Cost and Resource Management
Manage field expenses and incentives within approved budgets
Optimize manpower deployment for better ROI
Control cost per acquisition
10. Growth and Expansion Initiatives
Support launch of new banks or credit card products
Scale team size and productivity in line with growth plans
Contribute to strategic decisions for area expansion
