Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a field sales team of 20 members to drive performance.
Ensure business growth with existing distributors in the assigned territory.
Manage and develop the dealer and channel sales network.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the company.
Develop effective sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration.
Conduct weekly visits to distributors across the assigned territory.
Ensure daily reporting from the field force and submit consolidated reports to Head Office.
Identify and appoint new distributors as per company policies and terms.
Conduct area mapping to identify potential opportunities and gaps.
Candidate Specifications
Minimum 3-4 years experience in hardware, channel, or counter sales.
Experience in adhesives, paints, plywood, or building materials industry preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
Ability to work with distributors, dealers, and retail networks efficiently.
Target-oriented with strong planning and execution abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
