Responsible for sales and marketing of Certification (CER) products, mainly QHSE and related services, ensuring compliance with BV Quality Assurance Systems and Code of Ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for all CER products including new, recertification, and training services.
Develop quotes based on understanding of clients' certification needs and processes.
Maintain accurate data and pipeline updates in Salesforce.
Network with consultants to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare area-wise reports and support business growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with BV's HSE policies and promote safe work practices.
Performance KPIs:
Achieve sales targets and budget.
Increase proposals and diversify CER product sales.
Retain existing clients and improve manday rates.
Maintain timely and accurate CRM data (ARAMIS).
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate (Engineering preferred); MBA (Marketing) desirable.
10+ years' experience in sales & marketing, ideally in a certification or related industry.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
Positive attitude, result-oriented, and market-driven approach.
