Area Sales Manager (ASM)
to expand our presence and lead our rural sales team.
Role Overview:
The ASM will supervise a team of
Field Sales Executives
and ensure business growth in the assigned territory. This role is best suited for candidates with prior experience in
Agri-inputs, Veterinary, Rural Sales or FMCG
who are passionate about working closely with farmers and rural markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the team of Field Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
Plan and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and increase cattle feed sales.
Monitor performance of outlets and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with farmers, retailers, and local influencers.
Maintain proper stock levels at company outlets and coordinate with the Head Office for timely replenishment.
Build strong brand visibility in the region through awareness programs and local promotional campaigns.
Conduct
farmer meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions
to promote Rohini brand products.
Regular reporting of sales, targets, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate/Post Graduate with
1-2 years of sales experience
, preferably in
cattle feed, dairy, poultry, veterinary, agriculture inputs, or FMCG products
.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and networking ability in rural areas.
Knowledge of the villages between Jaipur and Tonk is highly desirable.
Must own a personal vehicle.
Capability to collaborate and educate diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month
