Required Area Sales Manager for manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Develop and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and retailers for cattle feed products.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in rural and semi-urban areas.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales, collect feedback, and assess competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, farmers, and veterinary professionals.
Implement promotional activities, farmer meetings, and field demonstrations to increase brand visibility.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper credit control.
Prepare sales forecasts, area-wise performance reports, and market analysis reports.
Coordinate with the production, logistics, and marketing departments to ensure smooth supply and customer satisfaction.
Qualification - degree in agriculture or any other related
