Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of Sales Officers and field staff to ensure optimal performance.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, ensuring efficient supply chain and product availability across the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key market stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure proper execution of marketing and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Monitor stock levels, collections, and credit management to ensure healthy business operations.
Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, team achievements, and market feedback to senior management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, trade guidelines, and ethical business practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution networks, channel management, and retail dynamics.
Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
